Piper PA38 Tomahawk
The PA38 is one of the most popular civilian training aircraft in the world. Powered by a proven 112hp Textron Lycoming engine, the Tomahawk cruises at 90 Knots (103 mph). It has a maximum endurance of 5 hours on full tanks and has full dual controls. At Liverpool Flying School we operate four PA38-112 Tomahawks Piper PA28 Cherokee
The PA28 is an ideal touring aeroplane. The 180 hp engine allows a cruise speed in excess of 100 kts and a safe endurance of approximately 5 hours. Our Cherokee has full dual controls and is an ideal step up from the Tomahawk for the new club PPLs. Piper PA28-RT-201 Arrow
The PA28 Arrow is the newest addition to the Liverpool Flying School fleet. It is a more advanced aircraft than the others, having a retractable undercarriage, a variable pitch propeller and an autopilot. It's the perfect next step for the club PPLs who wish to fly complex aircraft. |
