Trial Flying Lessons
The trial lesson is actually your first flying lesson. It also counts towards the hours required for the issue of your Private Pilots Licence. During this flight your instructor will demonstrate the basic function and effects of the aircraft controls, you will be shown the local flying area and you will also be encouraged to take the controls to feel the sensation of flying the aircraft yourself. This is a very relaxed flight and is intended to serve as an introduction to light aircraft flying and the nature of the flying course itself.
Many people carry on from the trial flight to complete a full Private Pilots flying course. Trial Flying Lessons are often purchased as gifts for Christmas and birthdays.
It is with this in mind that we supply an attractive gift certificate which can be redeemed for a flight at a later date.
On completion of the flight the recipient will be given a flight certificate, showing the type and registration of the aircraft flown and this will be signed by the instructor.
Upgrades can be arranged (subject to availability). Change from a two-seater to a four-seater and take up to two friends with you. You could also pay the extra and upgrade from 30 minutes to an hour and really make the most of your trial flying lesson.
